so what your saying is do you think there are 1 million people out there that would be willing to pay a free loader ?
notice your not providing a thing , just asking people to support you for no reason
not going to work |

No. You'll have to be a little more clever than that. Getting 1 million people to visit your website is challenging enough without having them give you - a perfect stranger - enough money to buy a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger at Wendy's.
See, for example of creativity, the Million Dollar Homepage that actually worked.
http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/
Also, the trail blazer for "give me money" schemes was Save Karyn. It also worked.
http://www.savekaryn-originalsite.com/
But the problem with these sorts of sites is that they can only work once while the gimmick is new and hot. After that, no one cares. |

HELL No0o0o!!
you gotta have a cause. 1 million people aren't gonna give you a million dollars because you want to get rich . just go on to the streets and collect a dollor frum a million people. repos this question if it does work cuz them i am also gonna open 1 of these websites... lol |

Consider what you are doing very carfully. If there is any chance you are committing fraud over the Internet to bilk people in the name of charity, beware.
We run a website where we name the charities we fund and have a legal contract that both parties to sign to explain how much and when is being given. It's a riskly business to pretend to be helping people when you're simply helping yourself to their money. Most people are aware of that kind of spam by now and will run from you if they even "smell" something fishy. Try starting something legitimate instead. |

do u think i would acually get donations?
YES!
About $80...just like the thousands of others folks that do this...why not do a little research and see how many hundred hours you're going to invest to have someone give you a dollar.
Ever think about that? |

Actually, I have an idea to help you. Do you remember the guy who played Screech in saved by the bell? He was about to loose his house and he did something similar. He sold T-shirts over the Internet to help him save his house.
I thought that you start the "Follow your Dreams" web site and have the logo, "Follow your Dreams" put on things that you will mail to people who donate. Key rings for people who donate $5, Frisbee for $10, T-shirt for $20, and better stuff as they donate more. You can have these things printed up in bulk and save money. Who knows, "Follow your Dreams" merchandise could become popular if it's done right. |

making a donation is one thing... but for what cause?
Also, they can't exactly drop 50 cents into your bucket or whatever, over the internet. Are they supposed to give you their credit card number and ask you to bill them $0.50? |

This idea has been milked dry. The onemilliondollarhomepage did it, he had a great company marketing him and he was the first. There was also another girl who wanted to pay off a debt and people paid.
Basically, you are a guy on a street corner holding out your hat and someone will toss a coin but many more would give to a needy charity...just my opinion |

I don't think you can just ask for donation on a website and put those donation for your own use. That is just not right. Everyone who hard for their own money, and you can't expect people to donate their money to you for your personal use. |
