That would not be a reasonable time allowance. It would probably take you longer than that to arrange for a warehouse and get it stocked. Most manufactures would require more time to clear you through banks before they would ship to your location. And you would have to establish your name and get sales people out there. I think one month would be a little too aggressive time wise. There's a considerable amount of paperwork and legalities to wade through when first opening up a business. Give your self a little more time. Dollar wise your are on the right track. |

If you had a list of contacts and telemarketers to start dialing on the first day. Phone lines, desks, computers, and inventory control (shipping/receiving) would be needed. It will be 3 months before you have significant revenue.
Stores and salesmen normally want their orders shipped ASAP. So, it is wise to have inventory before your start selling. You could start out with at home telemarketers signed on as contractors. Pay them a small retainer fee and make sure they get their commissions quickly. Implement some spiffs. If you don't pay them on time, sales will die. |

If it's a guarenteed product. I would line up business first. you don't want to not have anyone to buy your product. Can you take orders from people?? I'm sure you could be selling, but how much, who knows. |
