U just see the B.P.O's and consultancies of all over the world is done in India.. And thus there's increase in the market.. And as u get cheaper and better market the work moves to there... hence its benificial to us...
U'll see all the major companies in the world have their call centres and the business process outsourcing in India...
Not just that due to the globalization the work is getting distributed and those who can do the work more efficiently in terms of money and resources benifit from this...
These all come down to market at practical level..

i can think of the following:
1) Improve and/or sustain brand equity position
2) We are living in the era of globalization. Global marketing provide organizations with cultural differences which helps in marketing in the multi-cultured home country.
3) Availability of a much more cheaper marketing agencies, keeping the same level of quality.
Those that i can think of right now.

Globalisation has done nothing but widen the differences between the haves and have nots. The US used to be first in manufacturing in the free world. Now we are first in fast food and discount stores with products that are made in other countries. How can we say that workers in Third World countries are better off working for US/European companies when they still live in shanty towns and have no running water and electricity? Look at the packaging of some products that you buy. Assembled in Mexico from products made in goodness knows where! How does this save money? Bring back the unions.
