A small non -disposable gift to give my clients this year.?
People throw away Holiday cards, calendars and pens. I am looking for something that they will not throw away (so fast). Something that I can personalized to send to my clients for the Holiday season. Any ideas? Something inexpensive and light (gotta ship it!).
Honestly I would consider going with a custom four color process. These things aren't too expensive and are pretty light. I went to SIA's website ( www.siaservices.net ) and got a list of products that I think are pretty light and can be individually personalized with the recepients name or company logo for no extra charge. I did them last year, and will probably do them again myself.

poker chips (these are what I did last year with my biz on one side and them on the other)
Post it Note pad holders
They should ship pretty easy and some of them are just a couple of bucks a piece. One of my clients came to my home poker game a few weeks ago and still uses his poker chip as a card protector.
Hope this helps.

Sticky notes with your name and logo. Think of all the places they will stick them and where they will turn up months later! Did it 3 years ago and still get feedback because of it.

Cards, calendars and pens are idel because they are small and cheaper to ship. I would consider nice looking fridge magnets or a small notebook/address book with your companies name and phone number.

The gifts that I find people tend to keep most often are the fun ones -- the toys. Right now in my desk drawer I have a mini Frisbee, a rubber band shooter, and a Nerf ball that have clients' names stamped on them. I've saved all these. I haven't saved a single one of the calendars or mouse pads I've gotten from other clients.
