If you're running a business then it's not considered your "job" but instead is considered your "profession" or "career".
$120 sounds like a lot of money to me, plus, when you did your five-year plan prior to starting your business you were supposed to list advertising expense as one of the things you pay for with that $120 income. You didn't say how many years you've been in business. Usually, if done right, a small business doesn't make a profit for the first five years even after working 80 hours a week. So if you're expecting immediate results they more than likely won't happen until you learn to budget. Your repeat customers are like gold to you and it's word of mouth that brings in new customers from the repeat customers who like your service. So tell your repeat cutomers that each time they bring in a new customer (the customer lists their name, and the customer stays for services for ? many sessions or weeks) you'd give them a discount (for the massages they get) at the end of so many of those sessions. You also need to know how many more massages you can do without running yourself down, or how many before you will have to hire someone extra to help you and then have to pay them a salary which may or may not cut your income. Determine what your max is and then work toward that figure. Remember that each time you increase your services you also increase your expenses. |

I would put an ad in the local Yellow Pages for about $480 a month, or 4 hours of your "precious" time. That's where people go when they need a service like yours.
Invest in your own business. I sold YP for 25 years and had many clients like yourself that grew their business with a good YP ad. |
