I have this GUARANTEE Multimillion dollar business idea that can take off really quickly, but I don't have the funds for to do it all by myself. I have already taken copyright, a patent and a logo protected in my and my business name.
I have no Business skills but I have the vi son and the main product but im thinking about selling the company or merge for 40% of the deal.I will still have a part of the business, but I don't see fit to be CEO if I have no business skills. I rather in a legal contract give the business to my partner
Also im working on a rough draft of my autobiography to at the same time. I plan on not releasing that until right around the time my product/business is release. I already know a author whom I grew to become friends with over the course of this last year, so I planned to give him the deal in writing the autobiography for me.
