I nwant to hear about it maybe it will make me feel better its just im sick of paying money for crap!!! Like tonight i wanted to get my nails done and it cost 55 dollars and the lady did a horrible job the worst ive ever had! It makes me so mad!!!! Its like if you are going to pay so much why cant you get anyone to do a friggin good job ahhhhh. And i hate it when i pay 5 dollars for a drink at starbucks and its all f-ed up or the time i got my hair done and before i was left it was breaking off and falling out!!! Anyone understand what im saying or is it just me and bad luck? |

I'm right there with you. I even get pissed when I pay $3.25 for a couple double cheesburgers and fries and they are all cold and nasty. It's like nobody cares that you are paying your hard earned money for stuff, and it's just another quick buck for them. I hold these folks accountable, that's what I do. I was in the same spot you were, and I changed. I started questioning every person who served me a crappy product, or did a downright piss poor job on something for me. For instance I paid $1000 to have a deck built on the back of my house, and the boards were all crooked, and the screws were too. I called the contractor, and said I was contacting the Federal Trade Commission if he didn't come back and fix it immediately. Sure enough, his whole cre shows up, tears the deck down, and re-builds.
In my opinion, it's all about holding these folks accountable. They don't care about us individually, we're just another customer, and they are sick of dealing with customers. I tell them that if they don't like their job, find a different line of work, but don't serve me an inferior product in the process.
Good luck, and I think the key to this is, we all need to stand up to terrible quaility, and let our voices be heard. Ask these people if they would pay their hard earned dollars on the product they just served us. |

Yes, I can't stand how so many people (mostly companies) think it's acceptable to sell what they aren't absolutely sure is the best possible, usually just so they can throw it on the shelves.
Even worse, it forces other companies to point out when they're not being a**holes in the making of their products, like it's an OK option to sell people s**t, even for a low price.

hell yes i know what you're talking about.
many things i buy break or don't work.
and food is usually crappy.
like today i bought a pizza, and when i opened it at home, it was hard on the bottom and didn't have the toppings i wanted.
i pay 85 bucks for comcast cable tv and the channels are all f-ed up. they've come out twice to fix to no avail.
oh and last week i got my oil changed for 40 bucks and the next day i had no more oil because the retard didn't do the job right after he drained the oil.
then they tried to tell me i couldn't prove it was their fault. |

I'm right behind you. Too many people are giving substandard service for premium pay.
You need to keep shopping around until you find a place of business that meets your expectations.
I had to change dentists 3 times before I found one that I really liked. Same with nail salon, I changed from one to another....however, I have stuck with this nail salon for 9 years. They know me well, know that I am an excellent tipper, and do a terrific job on my nails and pedicures.
As far as Starbucks....check out your local, independent coffee shops. Often you can find a shop that serves great espresso/latte/coffee for less than mega-chain Starbucks.
It's a pain to have to shop around for quality service but so worth it when you discover it.

Yea, that's why they created the better business bureau. I don't give tips to places that do that and I give them three chances (unless it was really crappy then I'll never go back) and after the third I'll just avoid going there, and sometimes I'll let them know it. |

For example, those bodybuilding machines are crappy, like the ones that are on this website. My auntie has some of those. They really aren't that great. I feel bad four you that you are dealing with this a lot. I don't think you deserve to pay high prices for crappy products. |

No, it's not just you. Nobody seems to take pride in their work anymorel. They expect you to accept c**p and like it. Makes me so angry. Yes I know all too well what you're saying. I've had my share of horrible jobs. Is there any way to protect yourself from poor workmanship? I haven't found a way yet! |
