Since the person who determines that a question is "dumb" is using their own subjective reasoning to determine if that verb is accurate. They must know the answer to it. Since there are only uninformed people and not dumb ones then no question can be "dumb". Wisdom is just amassing more information than another has over time. True wisdom is being able to pass that information on to another.

Dumb questions are not the gateway to wisdom, because dumb questions, by definition, are so poorly phrased that any answer is likely to be ambiguous.
