I had a customer this morning arrive in my drive through at the same time as another...she was on her cell phone and told me she'd be just a minute. A minute later she was still on her cell phone and my second customer drove away. After handing her - her drink I asked her if she'd please be aware there we're others behind her waiting, and she said I was rude and she wouldn't be back...I'm glad. |

Yes, - customers that do not produce sufficient profit. It's quite possible to have customers that appear profitable until you find the administration on their account mounts up, their own staff make errors (which incur costs), and they end up gettting you a bad reputation because they blame you for problems, and tell their clients and suppliers. That's all quite possible, and yet the account may be producing a good deal of revenue and so look like good business. It can easily put you out of business over a period, and draws resources away from places they could better be spent for greater return. |

There are a few reasons why a business wouldn't want a particular customer's business. The one who files fraudulent law suits;hospitals,doctors,or restaurants(food poisoning). One who is never satisfied. And one who, like others have said, doesn't adhere to the contract or payment plan. |
