Sure it's legal, just be sure that you have something to talk about that really is dangerous (doesn't have to be life-threatening, could be "Danger, beware of mortgage lenders who advertise low rates but gouge you with high closing costs")
Be sure to take an "us against them, we're the good guys, here's the info you really need in our consumer awareness guide" approach. This has worked well for many different types of businesses.

I dont see why it should not be legal? Advertisment needs creativity to be effective. You can think of anything to reach that goal BUT just make sure it wouldnt infringe on the rights of others or falsely accuse person or institutions or products carelessly. Malice should be out. Truth and facts should be your rule. |
