A) If I don't give you an adequate answer, I'm ineffective.
B) If I don't do the right things in answering your question, I'm ineffective.
C) If I didn't answer your question, I was 100% ineffective due to inaction.
D) If I answered every question on Yahoo answers but only in a poor manner, I'd not get your 10 points, so therefore I'd be ineffective.
