Best Marketing for a Mortgage Company?
I would like to find out the best way to advertise my mortgage company any great ideas out there?
Here are some things to consider:
How is your company/offering/product different from anything out in the marketplace?
Why is your co unique? Who is your target market? Young professionals with income of 100K plus or 50-60yr olds getting ready to retire?
If you can answer these questions, your ideas will surface...The idea is you can't just have an idea that will work for everyone. You have to have a very targeted campaign. Relevance to the audience is key.

I would suggest the local Yellow Pages. I sold for 25 years and had many mortgage accounts that did well there.
I might recommend partnering with any real estate agencies as possible as well.

Depends on what clients you are looking to market, purchase, refi's, direct mailers work well, internet is so so, depending on which site, buying leads is crazy, not knowing who is honest and the quality of the leads....word of mouth, refferrals from existing clients is awesome. Check local and state regs first though, which state anyway ?
