If the roll was all new nickels, you have an unstruck blank. A coin dealer may give you a few dollars for it. You should keep a nickel from the same roll with it, so you will know what date it happened. |

When u say new nickles did it have a bank wrap on it? If so I'd keep it, if not someone might have slipped a slug into the roll. Check with a coin dealer and ask him/her about it. |
