2) unsupported claim - who can tell if it's brilliant or not especially if it's new

It doesn't seem like a professional company because it uses puffery in the name. Many new successful 2.0 companies make up a word like google, flickr, yahoo, but in your case I think that you want to sound professional because you are going into consulting. A lot of consulting groups use Last names or city names like Boston Consulting group, San Francisco Consulting group. Something like Barnes and Noble sounds dignified and established.
