no but if the person allows - you can pay by money order. all you have to do - is go to any store - tell them you want a money order for X amount ( however much the item is ) -- pay by cash for the money order --- then send it in the mail to the eBay seller. but MAKE SURE the seller allows you to send this - because sometimes they dont.

most sellers wil not accept cash payments. read the auction terms and if the seller accepts money orders, get a postal money order (you can get money orders at most stores but some sellers treat them like checks and hold shipping due to a lot of money order fraud lately). you can also open a paypal account, linked to your bank account and when you want to pay you can do so through an e check or instant transfer via paypal. this is a safe way to pay for purchases and gives you some protection in case of problems. paypal accounts are free to open- there are no fees unless you start selling and accept paypal payments.

yes u can pay with cash but make sure you put it in a money order. many sellers today only accept paypal or any other form of online credit or debit payment. its fast and convenient.

Each seller accepts different forms of payment. I would not recommend paying cash as it is hard to prove that payment was made. If you have a bank account, they sometimes give you a debit card. If your friend does not mind, ask to use their credit card and pay that person the cash. Some sellers do accept personal checks but the check has to clear the bank before they ship.

The only way is if the seller allows money orders. Go buy a money order for the amount of the purchase from your bank, post office, or even some grocery stores and Wal-Marts sell them at the customer service desk. They will charge a very small fee for a money order, normally under $1.

I don't think any website will accept cash since it is so risky. You can offer to pay with a postal money order (from PO) or a cashier's check from your bank. There are small fees involved, but this is a more secure way to pay.
