I worked in sales for various companies in over a 25 year period . The most significant thing I learned from this experience is that the greater majority of people only "buy" when they have a NEED!! I noticed you have used the same word NEED in your question. It doesn't matter how much training I may have had in selling ,I always sold easily when the buyer had a NEED.
