Can i mail a folded sheet of paper without an envelope?
Can i fold a 8x11 sheet of paper into thirds (w/o an envelope), tape it together and place a stamp on it and mail it? will the post office take it? I've seen mail like this hand delivered in my community but I wonder if this is acceptable to throw into a USPS mailbox? Please let me know - esp if you work/have worked at USPS. Thanks!! Additional Details What I'm really concerned is: 1. will they mail it and 2. does it have to be completely sealed.. or can I just place one small piece of tape on the middle and have the ends loose?
