Sell your voice? You mean like a paid voice acting gig? Well you CAN, yeah, but the acting gigs that pay money generally are pretty picky on who they choose. You'd need an agent, just like you would with any other professional acting job.
On the other hand if you're just looking to get your voice out there to be heard, try wandering around the Newgrounds forums. Sooner or later you'll stumble upon someone wanting a voice actor, and if they like your samples you might get the part.
