No there's not. And I agree with the other two answers. Regardless of your interpretation a person has a right to say what they want as much as you do. It's unlikely sites that promote this kind of message are frequented by many people anyway except like minded people anyway.
But as stated in another answer posting it to get them PR is pretty stupid.
If you don't want them to get visitors then don't give them free links. If you find them offensive pull your own question down or re-edit it.

Others have said that we have free speech and further more this is not the only country that has the Internet. I would like to point out that there are a number of sites that to one person is not a hate based site, but to others it is. I am sure that the members of the Westboro Baptist church think that their church is 100% not hate based. I also know a bunch of folks that think that it is. This could also be said for the NAACP, Most gay groups, many colleges that play the favor card to admit a student that is of another race just because he/she is from another race, Miss Black USA, Miss Black Teen USA, The Black Music awards, The Latin music awards. It makes no difference whether I think that any of these groups are hate based if they discriminate in anyway at all then they are biased. I think at times we could even put the ACLU in there as being biased. I think that it is time that I told you that I am American Indian, and see stuff everyday that I find offensive.

have you ever heard of the concept of "free speech"? it's in the First Amendment of the constitution. it exists to protect the free exchange of ideas and thoughts from other people who think that everyone should be required to think alike. Afer you finish reading the Constitution, I also suggest you read everything by George Orwell - especially "1984." You'll learn a lot.
