There are pros and cons in adopting technology in your workplace. With technologies especially information technology and telecommunication, people can stay connected easily no matter wherever and whenever they're via telephone, internet, wireless connection, bluetooth, broadband, telecommuting, webcam and videoconferencing. So, it could increased the effectiveness and efficiency of employees.
Technology help people to do multiple jobs in the same time such as videoconferencing. A mom could work from home while taking care of her babies. Of course, it saves time and place. Why ?. Through internet, we can contact across the globe much more easier, faster and even cost less money than going abroad. That's why nowadays, some colleges conduct distant learning courses. Some organisation, didn't need a big building, a website could do and it's called virtual office. They could work by mobile phone while driving and even key in datas while cooking.
When, there are technologies such as better plants and machineries, the production will increased in shorter period and of course, higher production will reduced cost of the products. There are so many positive things that you could track down here and nevertheless the negative sides but, I guess, technological advancement help us a lot. |

I think Yes.As because latest technologies makes all works very concise and fast and it requires minimum manpower to work with it.So it requires very technical and specific person with time orientation.So to maintain the standard specific individual must work hard and more to cope with it and dedicate himself with body and mind to achieve the standard as well as enhancing himself to cope with the latest.Otherwise you are out. |

Yeah, you can make some decent money working as a technology employee, whatever you meant by that.
Programmers, business analysts, support people, computers are everywhere. And they need qualified people to work.
Um, but, if you are thinking US job, well, I already talked to many help desk people that barely speak english. Work on that a bit please. |
