Cheap reliable host?

Is there any cheap reliable host out there? I currently have two domains, so I want a host that can host two of that domain for me. I don't need much space since it is a personal website, and I hate monthly payments. I hear there are hosts that sell for $10 annually, which is good for me since I don't need much space, etc.

I use Register.com. They're as low as 6.95/mo.

Most of these answers are a joke. Godaddy / Register.com is overpriced and under performs. Afterall, they're domain registry NOT primarily a webhost. They're in it for the money.

NEVER trust someone (an individual) that says, "I can host your stuff". They could have some server in their garage that they are using to host your site. Go with a good company, read some reviews.

The cheaps hosting service is go daddy.Check out http://www.godaddy.com . Go daddy even have a staff that works 24/7 that can answer all of your questions. Those other site will mess you off because they only have email and not a customer service.
