Respectfully, you're asking two different, conflicting questions.
1) "Cheapest way to advertise". Frankly I don't recommend this if at all avoidable. It's short-sighted for a number of reasons.
2) "What is the best manner" - now you're asking a good question.
"Best" has a lot of possible definitions. Could be "fastest", could be "least cash out of my pocket up front", could be "most cash in my pocket immediately," could be "most cash in my pocket 2 years from now" ... See the differences?
There aren't many details in your question, so here are the basics:
- Identify the absolute best prospect. Who is the perfect candidate? Be picky - you want the definition to be very narrow - only those people who absolutely, brain-dead must have this.
- Brainstorm and list every possible way to reach these people. There's a large list of "usual" ways, and a list of "unusual" ways that most people overlook or aren't aware of.
- Compare the costs of your various methods to your budget, your margins, timing, and your other constraints. Make a short list of the best options. Don't discard the others, just save them for later.
- What's the message these people need to hear that will make it brain dead obvious they must act immediately?

I wouldn't chose the cheapest, look for the most "cost effective" way to get your message out with the budget you have, to the audience you want. The cheapest could end up being a waste of money in the long term, there 'might' be a reason it is the cheapest. cjd. |
