If I may, I'd like to just throw in one more thing for you to keep in mind when selecting any SEO company:
Take their website's address, and enter it into the search at:
http://www.alexa.com
Alexa is a good way to judge the amount of traffic that the SEO company gets, which is an excellent indication of their own marketing strategies.
Not to take away from anyone, but there were some addresses posted above that not only did NOT show any traffic, but one in fact wasn't even a valid URL, while another poster's site was what I'd consider an excellent site, and had good traffic. You'd be best to judge for yourself.
