I built a website that provides people with information on all of the various types of online businesses. I would like to improve it and even post a few reviews of site on the actual site. If someone could give me their honest thoughts on the sites content, look, etc., it would be much appreciated :)

1) That red is WAY too bright. It does catch the eye, but for most people it is blinding. If you want to keep the color scheme, change the red to a darker shade...almost maroon.
Also, I suggest changing the bright white to a cream color.
2) lose the period in the tile ie. "Living Room Income." to "Living Room Income"
3) first sentence; lose the comma in "...earning minium wage, and just..."
4) also lose the comma in the second paragraph, second sentence. "On this site, you..."
5) in the second paragraph, fourth sentence. lose the clause" For a long time". Its repetive. (you already said in the sentence before "a lot of time")
6) Third paragaph, first sentence. Telling someone about your self-questioning is adequate to get the information across, but not the best way to put it. If you like it this way, just capitalize the "I" in that sentence.
Thats just the first page, but I dont have enough time to go through the whole thing. I hope that helps, and good luck! |
