Could u tell me a marketing strategy to improve my company?

We have an animation company where we specialize in medical 3D animation. How can we promote our concept? can you give me a technique keeping economy in mind.

You must make a home page for your company and there you must give all the referances of the companies who are using your services, you must also write the various ways to use 3D animation in medical field and also you must give your EMAIL id for any people who has a enquiry.

You must also leave a small sample of of your work for people to understand what they expect from your work, you must submit your website to search engines, in as many useful META tags as possible and also you must Get hold of prospective clients address thru internet search (YAHOO, GOOGLE) and take down their mailing address and send them introductory letter and your company activities list, you must also try to subscribe to mailing list of EMAILS where people are involved in your type of activities also there are other promotional methods other than online methods.

All points above I mentioned will give you a small idea what can be done by yourself, it is hard work which you can do it personally without costing you a single cent.

Actually I can. I just got out of a marketing class and a way you can help your company better itself is do a swot analysis which just is analyzing the Strengths, Weaknesses, Oppertunities, and Threats of your company and the industry its in.

Also i think a way to get your company out there look for specialty magazines that deal with Medical issues and promote it that way by putting ads in the magazine and put like a web adress ((if you have one)) or some way to contact with you so they can call with any other information.

You can also do personal selling by going into clinics/hospitals that might be clients in the future and explain to them what you do and how you can benefit them with your service. Be extremely professional though..I would go in with a powerpoint that you can burn to a cd and they can look over it or a visual of some sort. It would really help to market the product. Create a CD. Do a post card type mailing to your prospects which offers a FREE CD!

Have a tear off card that they put their name and address on and return it to you.

Call them and let them know that the CD is on the way.

Call them a week later and ask what they think.

I will design the card for you if you want and make the calls.

Your strategy must appeal to a higher order than to create 3d animation. Creating 3d animation is the service/tactic/product you provide. An example strategy might be...provide medical/disease state insight to consumers and professionals through the creation and use of electronic learning programs. This is off the cuff but you get the point.

The best way to promote your services is to let them speak for themselves. Put the work you do on your site and then drive traffic to it, start with your network of contancts and search, then expand out.
