Google a bit for the definition of USP - Unique Selling Proposition.
There are different definitions, but the key is the word Unique - as in, nobody else can say what you say. The secret is you can get creative and "engineer" unique things into your business.
For example, an outrageous guarantee. "If I can't fix your PC in 2 hours, I'll buy you a new one"
Domino's pizza is the classic example: Hot Fresh Pizza Delivered in 30 minutes or it's free.
FedEx: absolutely positively overnight
More secrets: it's also important what you DON'T say. Domino's didn't say "it's good pizza" because it wasn't. It was nasty cardboard. But it was there on time. FedEx didn't say "delivered cheap overnight" because it wasn't. It was very expensive compared to all the alternatives. But it got there absolutely positively.
So let's look at an outrageous guarantee. Instead of just flinching and saying "that's impossible, I'll go broke" you should say "hmm... what kind of pricing and operational stuff would I have to have in order to make money with a deal like that?"
See? You start with crazy brainstorming, asking about the most painful thing customers hate about your competitors... then you solve that problem in an over-the-top way, and you engineer your business to support that.
When you have a real USP, you don't need a slogan, your business will be so different and remarkable that your customers will refer you and remember you.
