ehh idk i dont think so craigslist is good if you need someone like a you are doing the interviewing but if you want to be interviewed i would suggest something like monster.com or carrierbuilder.com |

I would say no because you for one don't want to be advertising your personal information (Phone # and what not) on the internet. On top of that, most employers will put some type of advertisement out for openings they may have. They don't usually go looking for people that have advertised themselves. If I were you I would just keep my eyes pealed for openings in that area and apply to them. There are plenty of places you can go online to look for job openings. |

well, yes you might get some weird offers ect..
but the important thing is that you STAY SAFE.
when going to see someone for an interview, bring someone else with you, preferrable male and strong. women tend to get kidnapped or even killed through craigslist if they don't bring someone with them.
i myself don't like craigslist, because it's too risky. Maybe put an ad in the paper...? |

I would be very leary of Craigs List. I've had a few whacko's contact me from adds that i've placed. One particular incident led me to believe I was being stocked. I ended up removing my MYspace account because of it. I'd recommend contacting a few Temp Agencies in your area. They are usually a good source to get your foot into the door, especially in office positions. I've been hired from Temp-Perm. on every temp job i've ever done. The best job I ever had was through a temp service. I was given job offers with in one week each time I've used them. Its ok to register with a few different local companies. Usualy you just have to go in to fill out an ap. and take a few typing test. Good Luck. |
