I am doing research on SEO. I got some idea but I would like to have also diagrams to get into it clearly. Do you know which website will provide information about SEO with diagrams?...
We recently created a forum to give us something to do, its still in a crude form of what we want it to be though. We do hope by receiving more members it will help our site branch into other areas ...
why do you think you have to give someone something to sell your product?.. and why would you want to give money away?.. that is not selling..that to me, is selling your product short..and spilling dollars to boot.. now think about this.. since you probably already have a list of established customers.. why not offer them something or something to buy.. for instance.. buy one get one free.. or buy two and get the third free.. bundle your products in a nice gift basket.. with a variety of products.. if the total of the basket is 50 dollars.. then discount it to what will make it an attractive gift.. 50 dollars worth of mary kay stuff at a 40 dollar price.. etc.. and if they buy a certain amount.. you can include a 10 dollar discount certificate toward more mary kay stuff.. offer three different basket sizes.. and make the middle one the most profitable to you.. most people will buy the middle one.. go to the good will store and buy the baskets for 50 cents each.. stop at the dollar store and buy some clear plastic holliday gift wrapping and some green grassy paper stuff and create the baskets.. you can make as many as you want.. I'd make three.. for demo purposes.. put the grassy stuff into the basket.. put in the mary kay product.. small basket.. 25 bucks..middle or medium size 45, and large.. 65 bucks.. wrap them with the clear holliday paper and tie a bow at the top.. and show them to your customers.. then just fill the orders..

Works for me.
I'd look for something I could spend the gift certificate on without a doubt. lol
Edit-
Dark chocolate (as someone suggested) would make me suddenly change my mind. I hate dark chocolate!

Your promotion do look 'delicous'. However in any promotion campaign is to work through the purpose of it and maximise fully on it.
Through my analysis of top performing promotions, sales increase usually happens in 2 common ways.
1. Having more customers
2. Increased purchases from customers (initial or repeat orders)
Therefore you may want to look at how your current or other promotions can be further enhanced by tapping at this purpose.
Some ideas to get your creative promotion juices flowing:
- The promotion could be only for VIP customers (your existing customers), tapping on purpose 2.
- Other new customers can enjoy the same promotion benefit, if they introduce a friend to buy any Mary Kay products, tapping on purpose 1
Have fun in your Christmas promotions and Wishing you an early Merry Christmas! Cheers!

The gift certificate would be enough to get my interest. I usually go to Bath and Body works when they do that.
