not really, on the whole theyve been quite good...we got free installation and £50 free for reccommending a friend even though there was no publisized offer for this about lol. And they've recently cut our bill by £50 again for no apparent reason...the only annoying thing is that the broadband has been packing up loads which is VERY irritating! |

100 % skanking going on mate,i see it everyday first hand,get my drift,sky are the same and bt is equal to this,you want an example.i can give u several,what they pay an engineer to install compared to the customer charge,v+ box should be 75 bar not 150 like they are trying to scam,also if u are a long standing customer when it used to be nynex,cable n wireless and ntl,are you aware of the current deals cos noone is going to inform you of the overcharging that ur paying whilst a new customer gets the same deal at a fraction of the price,i could go on but thats enough to chew on,oh alright one more,ur lovely deal only lasts for 12 months then watch the bills.....u have been warned.....happy new year. |
