Free classifieds, They do work but you must be consistent, Post your adds every day,go to google and type in free classifieds, Also forums are a good place. When you talk to people on forums put your web address in your signature,And talk to people who are interested in the field of what you are marketing, If you know how to blog, start a blog, If you don't know how start searching the internet,find out how, Same thing type in blogging and see what comes up.
Also I don't know what field you are in but If It Is marketing where you build a downline you can find places that sell leads and some times they will offer you so many leads to try there service ,
Allso you can go on search engines and subbmit your web site, I like dreamsubmit.net, They post your website on several search engines,
Or google, there are a ton of search engines,, You have to use key words whan placing your web sit on search engines, Ket words are thing that relate to your business, say you are selling houses, Key words would be homes, real estate, property. foreclosureas, so on,
