Lea, you don't need a web site, you need a bit of imagination and MS Word. Format you page as landscape, insert columns so that they are as wide as your bookmark, design it in the first column, and then copy. You can then print it out, and give the copy and a disk with the file on it to your favourite printer.
Alternatively, you could use MS Publisher, or any of the Adobe CS suite if you have them. Finally you could get a graphic designer to do the final copy.
