Looks good, just minor adjustments that could be useful.
Where is your 'privacy policy ', that you refer to when you state ' Read our privacy policy '? It would be useful to have a button to click, just below the place where you refer to it.
State your sales office times of operation, GMT.
Refunds are made minus the paypal charge:customers won't know what this. I'd suggest a simple 'restocking fee', that all orders would be subject to, and exclude posting charges.
I wasn't clear on what your postage charges would be - this would deter some customers from ordering, ie when orders don't qualify for free postage.
I'd probably reduce the size of the panel to the right, where you subscribe to newsletters etc. This would allow you to increase the size of the product area, including the image sizes.
Most customers won't understand what the paypal clearance time is, so it would be worth being really explicit about this - eg. orders sent after payment clearance, which for paypal payments take x days etc. Be clear if you're not open 7 days a week too, and what this means for weekend orders, just to spell it out.
Do you offer Royal Mail Special Delivery / Recorded Delivery - these could be really useful, for those concerned about stuff getting lost or stolen. I can't recall anything that stated your policy on orders not received, so cover this too.
Overall, the site is good for a new site. These are minor adjustments that I'm suggesting, typically covering some wider business operational issues - I've been involved in business management for years, including companies launching themselves and websites.
If you're happy for more people to call, you could always add a contact phone number onto the main page.
