However, there are many factors that will decide whether it works for you or not.
Such as:
What company you join and what phase of growth they are in.
Your work ethic and belief in yourself.
The team that you join.

Yes networking marketing does work. Everytime we suggest a product to a friend or family member, we are in essence network marketing - without a direct commission. When applied to a business organization's channel of distribution we often call it MLM.
Multi-level marketing (MLM) (also called network marketing (NM) or matrix marketing) is a business model which utilizes a combination of direct marketing and franchising. Typically, independent business owners (IBOs) become associated with a parent company in a contractor-like relationship. IBOs receive remuneration for shopping within their own business, for selling products and for expanding their network of people ("downline") doing the same. (wikipedia)
A company can only be as strong as it's leaders or as in demand as it's product. If the company does not have both of these things going good for it .. the company will crumble.
The style of the "downline" within the organization is a consideration on how sturdy it will support growth and survival in the marketplace.
Many people dislike MLM style business opportunities, but if they look at ANY corporation they will find the same style hierarchy with a salary, where networkers often work on commission for the sales volume and compensation for the training their downline. |
