soulstrategy | Dr. Kalam said Indian Industries need creative leaders.....? |
Dr. Kalam recently said that Indian Industries need creative leaders for fast growth.
Is he right that creative leaders need by indian industries?
Where to find out creative leaders? |
|

Creativity is always desired in all our ventures and Indian Industry is no exception. Dr. Kalam is right in pointing out this fact as we see there is hardly any noticeable output from our R & D related to industry. Our industries prefer to go for collaborations, JVs and import of technology than developing original and genuine things indigenouly. R & D are created, crores of ruppes are spent annually on them without any significant contribution in industrial output, quality, productivity etc. These spendings on R & D are more aimed to claim income tax benefits than for any genuine efforts for which they are established.
With changed view of industrialists to be more creative in developing and adopting new products, methods and techniques to suit our requirements, the Indian industry will grow at a much faster pace with quality output. This would definitiely benefit the industry itself, the Indian economy and the people at large.
The creative leaders are to be from within ourselves. The only aspect that needs change is our attitude. We will have to shed our short term and petty gains for a broader and larger interests for a long time to come. IT knowledge have proved Indian capabilities of creative and technical skills. What we need is to spread these abilities in other areas also atleast to our own gains, if not for others.
Dr. Kalam has very logical and systematic thinking of his own and his vision for India is not a secret for anyone. He knows the potentials of India and is just trying to guide the nation with right content and direction. |

yes he is right about creative leaders need.....by that he means those leaders who could turn coal into diamond by their plans but not harming the indian social and economic structure by any means...and by this i strictly am against that SEZ thing.....becoz it s harming the indian agriculture....the backbine of our country. We must keep in mind that we have to feed the 2nd highest number of people in the world. Neverthe less creative leaders are those leaders who know the needs of india and the indian people....(not the wants) ...those who could understand the economic and political conditions and act cleverly according to that to expand in their area. But these leaders aint born everyday. These leaders are very rare...but those who come are exceptional. you cant go on the roads putting a board "wanted creative leaders" thousands would turn up but none would last. Those leaders will come eventually though....lets hope. |

creative leadership is just a practice. most of us do not want to take risk and think , act differently. initially it is tough and person feels lonely. some of the occassions person feels insecured in life. these are testing time overcome this problem. after some time you will never have problem
then people consider you as creative leader. |

absolutely he is right.
I'm from an industrial town. One of an industralist sent his two sons to city for higher studies. After graduation they prefer to work in a software company. And they are working in a reputed company.
What the point here is that, in their industry there are more than 100 workers are working. As because of their mind in city life and software company, there's noone to take care of their industry.
Why don't they put their creative mind for Indian Industries rather than MNCs. It's all because of the craze of foreign. Now the domestic industry get smashed by MNCs.
Sure creative leaders are badly need for Indian Indian Industries. |

Industries everywhere, not just in India, need creative leaders in this age of globalisation, if they are to survive. Leaders are born, and society throws them up at the right time. When Nehru died, Indians in general were worried where the next leader would come from. But Lal Bahadur Shastri was waiting in the wings, as it were, to make an appearance at the right time. |

Yes, That is true.
Today we see the booming India. It is due to Information Technology. Who were behind this success story. Very few, like Narayana moorthy, Nandan nelakani, Wipro chief Premji, Ratan tata of TCS, Shiv Nadar of HCL and Ramalinga of Sythyam. These people are creative. They created the IT in India and dominating the world. They by choosing to follow Campus recruitment, helped many to groom. In non IT there are few one among them is Mr.Kalam. In politics there are very few one among them is Dhayanithi Maran.
In India the government or the politician doesn't want creative people. We need some one like Maran or Kalam to take the Agriculture Industry and turn it in to profitable harvesting. This is a big challenge, all the farmers are uneducated, makes it more difficult. But we have some creative mind, any time one might do this in Agri like what Maran did in IT& Telecom.
We need creative leaders to servive and succed in this competitive world. |
