Have you received any communication from the seller? If you are not getting any response send an ultimatum that you will post negative feedback if he doesn't respond within two days.
Threatening negative feedback can give you a lot of leverage with legitimate sellers. Once you post it, you lose your leverage. If you bought from a scammer, good luck.
If you paid through paypal, open a dispute and report the seller. |

It would depend on how you paid for it. If you paid via PayPal, you should make sure your PP payment went through immediately.
If you mailed a money order or check, you need to consider how long it would take seller to receive that payment. If you paid by check, the seller would not ship until your check clears.A lot of sellers only ship one time per week.
Pull up the item on ebay and review sellers ship info AND in the description. You could have missed something in how he/she ships.
If you have not already sent seller a request for shipping/tracking on the item, do so immediately. Give him/her time to answer you back. (Sellers have a life other than ebay)
EXTRA NOTE:
I just saw where you added it's coming from Hanoi. That could take a longgggg time. Hope you did not pay a lot for item and I really hope it's not a scam. At least with PayPal you can get more results in getting your money back than just through eBay. |

yeah you should have definetley already had your item and since it hgas been that long you should ask politely for a full refund of your money because your not happy with the service and he gives you one you should leave him a positive feedback if he doesnt and you dont see your item within another week then leave a negative feedback and report him to ebay for fraud bc you should have already had your item and then you will ber refunded., |

Email him/her and ask when was it shipped. Did you check their rating before you bought from them? Did you check their former feedbacks to see if other people had problems? |

It depends on where you got it fom. Meaning, from where is it being sent and is it from an eBay store. If it's from overseas or another country, it should arrive within the next few days, I'd think. Most sellers will give you an estimate on how long it should take. Stores often ship in bulk so they'll wait until they have a few orders going the place- that is, towards you. Thus, if it takes two weeks to get enough orders to ship to Texas or Florida or where ever, they'll wait that two weeks. If you've tried contacting the seller a few times and you don't get a response, I'd say you've waited long enough to either file a complaint or loss claim with eBay and leave some negative feedback, too. |

Have you emailed the person? What is his feedback profile like. If his profile is good and he's been around a while you should contact him and tell him no goods received yet. If you wait too long you won't be able to leave negative feedback. I buy a lot on eBay and got burned once. If you used PayPal they can help you collect your money back if you lodge a complaint with them (assuming the guy is still active).
Since it's coming from Hanoi it could take a long time if it wasn't sent via some type of priority mail. Follow up with the guy. |

I would try to contact him one more time...Give it a couple of more days for either the product or a response as to why you havent received the item, then I would. Also, file a complaint with eBay as well. |
