why bother? you're ebay feedback is a vital part of ebay, if people can't see it people wont want to 'ebay' with you.
unless you really do have something to hide. :O

I would think twice about doing that. I do not like to 'sell to' or 'buy from' anyone with private feedback. My only negative transaction was with someone who had private feedback. So I will not do business with anyone who has gone private.
Also, did you know that your Ebay box score showing how many positive, neutral and negative feedbacks still shows up on private feedback.

Go to feedback forum and you can select your profile settings to set your feedback to private. However, if you are a seller this is not good and will make buyers nervous. If you are just a buyer its ok. :)

You won't get much buyer in future if your feedback is private.

it depends on what you are doing if you are selling and you have your feedback private it will make the buyers suspicious that you have had nasty transactions or something and if the buyer has private feedback the seller will only care if it is 100% but if it is not he/she will most likely not sell to you because they really cant assess the situation .
