Two things, first bid as high as you can. Here's how it works, you bid $100 for an item, someone else has already bid $75, you bid shows as $76. No one knows you bid up to $100. See?
Then wait until the last 33 seconds and put in your final bid. I win almost everytime. I do set limits for myself. But I got the Betty Boop purse I wanted ! gots of luck! |

The only way to beat the other lady is to be willing to pay more for the purse than she is. Put in the highest bid you are willing to pay. If the other lady is willing to pay more, she wins the purse.
Don't get caught up in the bidding process, and spend more than you wanted to.
The great thing about Ebay is that another purse will be along soon. Save the purse description in your favorite searches and when another purse comes along ebay will notify you and you can start the bid process all over again. |

You have to put the highest amount that you are willing to pay for the purse...say the bid is currently 20 and your willing to pay 100...put 100 and your next bid will be like 20.50 if someone else is willing to pay 50 then your next bid would be like 50.50 and so forth...... |

no auto-bid. it doesnt show how much money she bid on it.
say, the purse is at 9.99 when she bid on it, then shes willing to pay 19.99 for it. so she'll put 19.99 in the biding thing. it won't show how much she bid. and it'll keep increaseing untill you type in more money than she did. hard to explan. just keep bidding in small amounts, till you don't want it anymore. |

You need to put in your maximum highest bid to start. Another words, the most you would be willing to spend on this purse. Don't forget to figure in shipping costs also.
Another tip is to check and see if there are more of the same purse on eBay. Sometimes the seller has more than one listed and you can stop bidding against that lady and bid on another one and get it cheaper. Or another seller has one listed.

If it is avaliable on buy now, buy it. Otherwise, keep bidding and try to automatic bid, like she is. Or the best thing to do is contact ebay. |
