Are there any mailing lists you can access to market a product you designed, relating to specific types or business organisations? Does any organisation keep lists of email address (like a phone book) where you can purchase lists etc and use these for marketing?

Lists are generally fake or almost of no use,
Create ur own list thru cheap google adwords ads,and then thru a good mailing system,u can send mails automatically.

Be careful about such lists.
They are sold to everybody and with rules on opt-in marketing, you may run into problems.
A better way may be to build your own list with an opt-in newsletter sign up,
