Pay your customer service reps enough so you can pick people who will actually take interest in the customer problem and solve it in not only a quick manner, but while behaving pleasantly. Too many times places pay minimum wage and wonder why their reps aren't happy to be there.

Many people would love to have a job. Many businesses are hurting today because good costumer service disappeared from their companies . Costumer Service has gone by the wayside. But good costumer service training can be taught in today's market there are many sources of information to found. Costumer Service is a challenging job. Educate your organizations costumer service department. Be understanding toward the costumer service department,however be understood by the costumer service department. Costumer Service is job number one within the organization.

hire people who show respect for you and customers. they have to act that even on one of their bad days they have to show up with a smile n their faces. they should enjoy what they do as a job, otherwise they will care less about your customers.
