From a employer perspective, what are 'good questions' when asked 'do you have any questions'??
I know this question may sound vayge.
I'm applying for marketing graduate job interviews and would like to have an insight into 'good' questions when applying for a marketing job interview.

Here are some excellent questions:

I want to work for a company that provides excellent opportunities for advancement. How many people have you promoted internally in the last year? How many people have you hired from outside the company in upper level positions?

Do people who work hard and do more than they are asked to do get ahead in this company?

Do you have any problem with people who stay in the office and work late?

Is job performance the number one reason why people are promoted?

I like to come to work early and get a head start on my day. Will that cause any problems?

I believe that helping my boss succeed is the best way for me to succeed. Do you have a manager here that would like to have me as an employee?

LOL use spell-check on your resume' and learn to say "an" before a word that starts with a vowel.

The Questions should fill in any gaps left over from the general interview:

Job Duties and details- who to report to, special duties, etc

Compensation- base salary, bonuses, benefits, advancement, etc

Corporate Atmosphere- dress code, work schedule, etc

DO NOT ask about their pension plan, vacation days, etc. This is your opportunity to sell yourself to them. Focus on what they want, not what you want. There will be plenty of time to ask about that if they offer you the job. Ask what they are looking for in a person to fill this position. Ask when they will be making a decision. Ask if there are any of your answers that need clarification.
Finish by telling them that you are very interested in this job, and that you feel you could meet their needs.
Good luck.

How many people are in the department? To whom does this position report? Is travel expected? How does the company measure outcomes, both individually & in teams? What software does the company use?

and anything else you have interest in.

Ask what the company's mission statement is. Ask what their long-term goals are. If they haven't already gone over it with you, ask what your job duties and responsibilities will be. Ask about benefits (401K, insurance, etc.). What major projects have they taken on in relation to their function?

What shift would I be working?
What kind of benefits do you offer?
Is there a 401k plan?
