My advice will be to bid on the projects being advertised on Elance.com, rentacoder.com, etc. - do a google search for free lance sites.
By the way, I am always looking for good Web / Seo / Sem people - why don't you email me with some of the work you have done and your hourly rates.

I have had a small amount of contact from answering questions on this site. As for Elance, be prepared to do 10 times the work for 1/3 of the price.
The jobs posted there and the bids people/companies want to pay are ridiculous. SEO on Elance is definitely geared toward those in other countries who will work for $10.00 to $15.00 an hour. |
