If they are harassing you, call the police with very detailed information. If you've filed a complaint with a regulatory agency, be sure to add your police complaint to the file.
Next, Call your local TV stations and see if they'll do a "On Your Side" piece - usually it's a consumer advocate who does this.
Check with the BBB and see if there are other complaints about this place. If there are, see if you can get ahold of the other people and pool information. Do Internet searches to see if someone has a blog about them and contact them. You may be able to get a class action suit going or have them join your 'protest' - see below.
Start your own blog, but make sure you only include your opinion and the facts. No "They Are Crooks!!" but instead "I Feel They Have Scammed Me!!!" Sue their store name as often as possible so that people searching the net can easily find it with keywords.
Talk to city officials about holding a one-man protest outside on the sidewalk in front of their place. Stand there on a busy weekend or on Monday morning. Again, use only facts & opinions on anything you hand out - no accusations, nothing that you don't have proof of, nothing that could get you into trouble (look up the defamation standards).
DO NOT resort to harassing them by sending them e-mails, having your friends send them e-mails, or anything similar. *You* can then be arrested for harassment. Don't do anything you would be ashamed to tell the police. This is the standard all letters, phone calls, and contact with the company should adhere to. |

they have a thing called the better business bureau's call they tell them the name and address of car dealer tell them what happened they will contact dealer and try to make a deal to get you happy if not they will post the dealer name on line in there sight as a lemon dealer |

If you already bought a lemon, consult a lawyer. If not, leave the business alone. If he is truly harassing you, like calling you every day, insulting you, etc., go to the police and file harassment charges. |

Email us all his email address or website link (if he has one). We could all send him a quick note "hey , i heard you sell junk.." or something like that, of course your name will not be mentioned. Wouldn't that be cool? yeah , i bet he'd be pissed, hearing from people that don't even live in his area , and that they know about him. lol. |

Can't think of any legal ones...at best they would amount to Harrassment Charges. Perhaps recording damaging behavior?
If they cross certain lines in the way they treat you, you may have some legal recourse.
As another Human-Being, my answer would be completely the other way...GOOD LUCK IN WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE WITH REGARDS TO YOUR PROBLEM!
