If you want quality work done and on the cheap, contact a few colleges in your area (who have a 'Visual Communications' or 'Graphic Design' department and present your project to the dean of the department. What they can do is hold a contest either for a class project or for the department (open to all the students in that major of study) - this way you are getting highly competitive products to chose from as well as promoting your product to a new market (all those students who love posh coffees and are sick of Starbucks). I was a professor of Design and we did this about once a quarter and the students were great and the clients were very satisfied. For a reward to the student or group of students who win, you can offer them gift cards to your business or something similar. A tip for you is to ask the dean or whoever you speak with at the school to present this project to the upper level students (juniors & seniors) who have a few classes under their belt and are looking to create a great portfolio.

As a graphic designer myself, I must ask if are you simply wanting a label designed for you, or are you also needing the production of labels as well.
You can go all sorts of directions. You can have the label designed and have a place like kinkos to print them out or you can go to a full service bureau (which is pricey), which can do both, but they would own your label's rights which if your company does well, that could cause problems. So let's hope your company does well and you go a route that does not require payment of royalties.
A potential designer would need the location of your company and other statistical info.
