HELP - Can anyone tell me how to improve my website?

I am sorry but your web site is very amateurish and has numerous problems:

1)The flashing graphics scream at you to leave the site immediately
2)It is full of adverts - no content at all
3)What does the domain name mean?
4)You are advertising on Yahoo which will get you banned
5)Your site has no purpose except to get people to click on adverts - why would they visit your site in the first place?
6)You are using very basic and recognizable FrontPage banners.
7)Your layout is all wrong with menus in the wrong place.
8)The hit counter is amateruish and optomistic - professional sites have web logs!
9)You graphics are poor quality and your banner is made from clipart from MSOffice.
10)Your copyrights are out of date.
11) Your realiance on graphics rather than text mean that the search engines are unlikely to pick up your site.

I think that if you really want to set up and interested in setting up a viable web site you should do the following:

1)Go to freelance.com/guru.com etc and budget about $250 for a web designer to produce a site for you. Write a full spec first.

2)Decide what the subject of your site will be and gather or produce lots of information on it. Go to a site like www.ArticlesHut.com for relevant articles that you can use. Keep the article copyrights and you can use the articles.

3)Buy this great ebook SEO Made Easy: http://www.clikks.com/ebooks/seo_easy.html which explains in easy to understand langauge how to get your web site into the major search engines.

4)Work on marketing your site. I see that you have connected it to ebay which is an excellent start - but there are other ways as well. www.marketingbuff.com has lots of ideas.

It looks home-made. Less is more. Don't do flashy boxes because it makes it look cheap. Organize your information in clean tabs, and use the remaining part of your front page to promote a specific item. Also, fill your page with subject matter, there is too much white space.

I would get rid of all the advertising all over the main page and center the footer a the bottom...

1. Place content that is something relevant to your website.
2. Dont do it yourself; give the design job to a professional. You may easily get this job done through freelance sites at low fees
3. Even after you done this you site will not become popular or wont get high traffic.. this is the most hard part of the story. Following steps may be helpful :

1. Give advertisement in ad-networks like google adwords, yahoo overture etc
2. Optimize your website for search engines ( SEO ) so that you will get better place in search engines like google, yahoo, msn etc
3. Inform about the website to all the people you know; use the website name in email, business cards, letter-heads and wherever possible.
All these above methods are good but need lots of efforts, money and you have to wait for long time to get results. The quickest way shall be contact the potential customers personally through email or mail. Websites like http://www.data2market.com provides web data extraction services, if you provide a website that contain the data to promote your business ( data like directories of potential customers, email listing ), they will extract for you. The other answers on this page have filled in almost all of the opinions; its too flashy and detracts from the point of the site (Is there a point). I have come away from the site with no reason to spread the word to my friends. Thats a bad outcome.

It is black and white with low images presernt to make sure it loads quickly, and it is clear where you go for what.

If its a playsite for nothing better to do, it could work, but if you really want to attract viewers, dress it better.

First off, when I visit your site, I have no idea what it is or what you are trying to accomplish. It looks like a 10-year old site with nothing but ads on it. The first thing I want to click on is the back button on my browser. Get rid of all the crap on the page and put your main content on the main page.
