have a look at lightspeed, i use them, you earn points and can cash them in using paypal or save them up to get gifts.
I have never had any problems with them and you dont need to earn a set amount before they pay out like other survey sites do.

paid surveys dont always pay. Watch out for them. There are a few that pay you and some use a point system. I just started another home business after about 20 others and this one is really oaying off. It is work but the return is worth it.
