You can try Google Adwords. Its the most effective and targeted way of Advertising. Although it can be expensive but I know 1 Person here on Yahoo answers who is giving 1000$ of adwords coupons for 25$.

You can advertise your site and make money for advertising. I know it sounds weird but it is for real. You can purchase as little as $10 dollars in ad packages but then you actually earn rebates back. You end up making money for advertising. Just check it out.
