Hi,
A couple of things I would do to improve your site. Instead of having a "search for products", you could do a "products" link on your nav bar and then list the various categories within that product list on that page and give them each a separate page. Maybe make it an online catalog? The point is not to make it to hard for your visitor to order products. Most visitors won't want to enter keywords for a "search for products" because what if they are not using the same keyword you have used?
Also, in the list of products you have in the first paragraph of your home page, make those links live to "bath and body items, pictures frames", etc. Again, make it easier. If you did that, you may not even have to do a separate "products" link on your nav bar.
Are you indexed on the search engines? You might want to provide some content that the search engines can grab a hold of. Here's some more tips that may help you do that http://www.simple-internet-strategies.com/search-optimization.html .
Otherwise, nice site! You must be getting some traffic because you have a fairly decent page rank .

Hi,
Yes, the layout needs to be more appealing, but keep it simple.
The navigation is good.
I've noticed that you increase the postage as the value of the purchase increases. Although this is logical, in terms of marketing may not result that well.
Some companies offer postage after a certain purchase value as a bait (sp?) to leed customers to spend more. See if this can work for you, namely on objects that won't pay much postage.
