Ive got an affiliate program on my website:

I pay my affiliates £5 for each sale they make and an additional £3 for any sale that any of their affiliates make.
The program on the site is only £15 and it contains a hell of a lot more info then any of the other crap scam websites have and it doesn't just simply involve reselling a product or adwords.
I just can't think of a way of how to get any affiliates, I'm guessing trying in forums at the moment but then will that kill the product by offering it by forums everywhere?
I thought it was a pretty good incentive originally as Im paying £3 for each referral sale, that gives people a massive potential to earn without even doing anything once they have a few referrals but it's obviously not as good as it seems!!!!
Any ideas on how to get affiliates? Where to advertise? Anything on my site to change?
