1) Put your web address on everything you produce
Your web address should appear on everything you produce, especially all the paperwork that leaves your office. For example; letters, business cards, invoices. I also put my web address and a single line explaining my site on the outside of my envelopes. Who knows anyone at the post office could be a potential customer!
2) Are you using the signatures in your emails?
Every email you send should have a signature on it and that should always have your web address in it.
3) Write articles
A well written article with your web address in it is a great way to drive traffic to your website. Make sure the article is relevant to your website. For example: if you sell Wedding Cakes, why not write an article called "10 steps to the perfect Wedding day".
4) Use Press Releases
As with articles, a relevant press release about your business can generate a lot of interest. I use the service from PR Web for all my press releases.
5) Use Pay per Click
Google and Yahoo both have pay per click services as do many other companies. Once you learn how to use them effectively they can be a great way to drive traffic to your website. You'll find a lot of good advice in our Website Promotion forum.
6) Use the Newsgroups
Joining and participating in newsgroups that are relevant to your business can be very successful. Don't advertise though. What you need to do is include your web address in your signature. If your posts are useful and informative, you will find that people will click to take a look at your site as well. |

content, content, content. what do you have on your website that will be interesting to other people? why would i spend time looking through your website? if you were some random stranger, browsing your own website, would you still be interested in reading what you have posted? always self edit.
go on several websites that have similar content as your website, then drop a comment there with a link back to your website. make sure your comments are witty and insightful, and always leave a link back. eg. i've discussed this further in my blog posting www.... |

I think your home page needs something to grab people's attention. Currently it's more of an introduction page and index. It needs a game or a video to get people interested straight away.
You also need some description, Title and keyword METATAGS if you want to get your site into a search engine. results page.
