How can I forget about stress?

This may seem stupid to many of y'all, but I'm a 23 yo married guy with a beautiful 2 yo daughter, but the thing is that for more than a year and a half, all of my plans have come to a stop, I mean I was doing so well, economically, I was gettin paid over 25 dlls phr. had my own place, my own cars, everything it coudnl't benn better, don't get me wrong I know all of us have to trough a slump or too every once in a while, but I am now living with my parents, I'm paying rent and all and the house is pretty big, it almost seems like we're alone.

The point is, I lost my place, the company I worked for filed bankrupcy, lost my cars, the bank account is alomost at zero, please need advice, I'm a hard worker and it almost seems like nobody is hiring anywhere at any position, I have plenty of expenrience in logistics companys, fowarding companies, business administration, sales and a very responsible employee, should I like try and start some business with a bank loan or something.

If you can imagine life is like a roller coaster then you will be fine. As long as you recognise and enjoy the times when it is going fine it will help you through the times that are not. Of course you will get another job because you are educated and smart. I would not take out a bank loan at this stage. There is a lot of planning and work to start up a company, and it would be better to start your own company part time when there is less pressure on you to succeed and you have a bit of money behind you. Perhaps shift your career a little at this stage till you are a bit more on your feet and feeling more confident. Take a job in anything at the moment while you are looking for something better. Don't stress - I have been in your position many times and I always landed back on my feet by taking a bit of a shitty job until I found a better one. I just didn't aim so high when I was unemployed. Treat this as a character building exercise.

Hello boy; so the story has repeated itself once again; and this time with you.Except that you have come out in the open for seeking answers.

Most of us; don't even realize that it happens to each and every one exactly like you said; and as a result of such ignorance we simply carry on with life; stress full and under pressures and living and working like a; burdened person of low self esteem; driven with worries and despairs of actions and activities of the nature of lust, greed, and desires of others only; highly fear full and doubtful about the condition of the inability of self to guide and help the self truthfully; with spirits of the qualities of leadership only; together with trust worthy and realiable qualities and abilities of self only and; righteously for the purpose of inspiring the self to build the future of self truthfully as mentiond above, and for the reason of securing and safeguarding the future of self and of the family of self with positive energies of goodness, victory, glory, and unfailing righteousness only; instead of those of any other types and kinds..

As a result we dont even realise that we are gradually getting too much dependent on people outside for fulfilling the wants, needs, and requirements of self; and do not realise the important point that; for doing so; while we would be working for the fulfillment of them; we would in fact be driving our selves to work; but for fulfilling their desires from our selves only, and as per their requirements only.

In the whole process we feel bondaged and attached; and do not realise that we have bonded and attached ourselves wrongly with people outside and with their work; with actions and activities of themselves and their work only; instead of those of our own selves..

The problem multiplies many folds when later we also fail to know and accept that such has become our life style and know and realize that powers and abilities of work business and money ONLY can solve our problems. In truth it is not so.

When it happened to me I had ventured out to know the truth.

Today I realise that; besides venturing out to know the truth; I should have also carried on with what ever low/mean/or underpaying job I could have got my hands upon; but my knowledge then; of my self; my abilities; and of the reasons and causes of self esteem and self worth did not allow me to do so; because the truth behind all this is our inability and failure to know, recoganise, follow and perform the actions and activities of the powers and abilities of providence and destiny; for helping it only to guide us truthfully.

Not getting into details; my advice is that you do not take this situation lightly; and as first priority instead of thinking of any alternatives; search for and take up any; and what ever low /mean /or underpaying job and where ever; because the times ahead are not going to be very good and would be there for very long.

ALSO try taking things lightly; and as and when, and in what ever form they come to you. Learn and practise to stop your self from reacting to situations outside and to respond to them instead.

ALSO try to be outside home for most of the times, and to keep your self alert and aware about the abilities of lust greed and anger in people outside to drive you mad and to take irresponsible steps of similiar nature.

ALSO try to get up early in the mornings and do YOGA, EXERSISES, MEDITATIONS, PRAYERS UNDER ABLE AND SUITABLE GUIDANCE.

FINALLY also try to view at things and to do tasks and the work of self; as the service of self for god; in his name, with his name and for his self only ; and to receive all that you get in return as gods own kindness for helping you to tide over the difficult times.BELIEVE ME; HE EXISTS AND WANTS YOU TO TAKE HIS COURAGE FROM HIS SELF ONLY FOR HELPING YOUR SELF.

All this; which I write here; is the outcome of the result of my quest to find truth; and I do not write this; merely from the confidence, intelligence and knowledge of my own self; but from the knowledge and powers of puriry of the faith, the clarity of the focus, and from that religion of gods own self only; which I earned during my quest for getting out of similiar trobuled times of my own.

You may or may not want to believe in and do; as said above; but don't do as above; if you think that you have something to loose in the process or you might really loose out on something while doing so. Nevertheless what's any body's harm in trying.

I would also like to give you some very specific details; but only if you want to know them.

Finally before I end up; I would like to tell that; before we work we should have the powers and abilities of the actions and activities of nature of goodness, victory, glory, and unfailing righteousness in us; as the power, strength, force of courage, and knowledge of us; and use them only to drive our selves to work and to perform actions; because they only are capable of giving to us the happiness, pleasantness, love, joy, compassion, bliss, knowledge, powers and qualities and abilities of the truthfull state of mind of others for self..

if u really as good as u said plenty of experience in so many ways how couldnt u find a job fit for u? and yes u hav been a father of 2 young little girls then dun u think its ur responsibilityto get them a better life? and i got a phrase for u " a man who fears suffering is already suffering from wat he fears"

Theres no way to forget about stress its a emotion we all have to deal with but you should try to focus on the positives in your life while continuing to strive for what you want and hopefully things will start looking up for you. you are young and have your whole life ahead of you. im sure you will be able to turn things around your way. if you had a good job before that took care of you, you will be able to find one again dont give up

Bro, you need a J-O-B...a job. Anything...McD's, cab driver, window washer, anything.

The job will give you a) money and b) self-respect and self-confidence.

Plus, the employers you want to work for are more likely to hire a guy who's working than one who's not.

Don't worry if it's beneath you. No employment is beneath anyone.

And remember, God helps those who help themselves.

Stress is something we all have to live with, to a greater or lesser degree.
That said, you've got age on your side being only 23 and shoudn't lose heart so easily.
Unless you have a solid business plan and an entrepreneurial spirit, don't start a business just yet, but have that vision in mind when you're doing better.
